Cancellation Policy

Please call us at 303-904-8133 to cancel/change your appointment with at least 48 hours notice (2 business days preferred). Please leave a message with your cancellation if we are unable to answer or if it is outside our business hours.

Cancellation with less than 48 hour notice is subject to a $40 cancellation fee ($80 for initial evaluation). Urgent situations (e.g. illness, unforeseen transportation issues) are not subject to the cancellation fee.

Please try to give us as much notice as possible. The 48 hour notice allows us to contact other patients with proper notice to try and fill your 1 on 1 appointment time slot.

All scheduling (including cancellations) should go through our front desk personnel (Mallory) or voicemail. Please do not email your physical therapist about scheduling and/or cancellations.
